Dec 29 2007, my birthday and my wedding day~

Only got a bit of time to write this:

I intended to wake up at 6.00 but saw mom getting ready already...  I woke up at 6.30 instead... bit rush as the make-up team was coming at 7.00. While I was still washing up, they arrived promptly. As expected, they really took 3 hours to do my make-up and hair. As expected, they needed a lot of guidance from me in order to get me OK. Still, not at all happy with their performance. I'd rather send them away and do my own.

My bridesmaids of course arriving promptly as scheduled and were setting up for the games... No matter how many times I asked, they kept their plans in secret??!!??

I wasn't at all ready, but the photographers and Mo's team had arrived!! I was hiding in my own bedroom, evasdropping what was happening outside... at the same time, putting on my own make-up.

I thought it must be either Carson or Joel's gag... surprisingly they're from Justin instead. He behaved very differently from the Justin I met. I'm longing to see the games~~

We had a good hour or so for lunch. My bro ordered tonnes of food... which couldn't be finished days and nights.

Soon, we headed to Rosary Church arriving at 14.00. Anita and I waited in the car while Moses was greeting guests at the Main Entrance. How could the pianist mixed up the venue and Mo's parents arriving on time?? We had to wait till 14.35 or so to start. That gave Mo a sweat.

I wasn't at all nervous. I couldn't read the vows even though I had deliberately written another one with big big fonts. The veil blocked my view...

We took photos at the Main Entrance till 15.50... Where's the next couple?? There should be one... anyway, thanks goodness we had a long time for taking more pictures.

After the Wedding Ceremony, we headed towards Football Club. I felt a bit sleepy in the car... even though Hans was playing hard rock.

With good time planning, we arrived there as scheduled. Anita and I were waiting for the make-up team in the freezing room. Hehehe, I love my decision in buying the racoon scarf. Again, it took them 2 hours to redo my make-up. Well, I think that wasn't as good as the one we intended to have. Jessica advised that the make-up must be done by someone you knew...

Since I was engaging in the make-up, I got no time for rehearsal... Once I was ready, Mo and I were busy taking photos. Some sudden turn-ups gave me all the happiness: Lau Wong, Keung Yeh & Jalcy!! Thanks!

Time to start... still I wanted to have rehearsal... at least I had to know the sound... Dear dear, Carson and Joel had started. It was kinda messy, not as our plan. When Mo and I marched onto the stage, my mic didn't work... gosh... that's was terrible singing.., which should have been alright.... but at least Carson was GOOD! That performance disappointed me. I believe I was getting better with the other 2 songs.

When we did the second last song, Celebration, it would have been better if all the bridesmaids could dance. I couldn't definitely, my dress would fall! Well, couldn't go bananas~~~ The time only when I changed my dress and did the POKA turn with Siwin. That's the part when I felt tired afterwards, only because of the added partying time.

Thanks Hans for driving us home. Both Mo and I were vvv tired and sleepy... Still, we counted the gifts and vouches before going to bed... a long long day.

GO BANANAS ON FRIDAY NIGHT

After the Parents' Night, Ceci, Rachel and I met at Lan Kwai Fong. Rachel was excited to see the crowds but sick of the many tourists there. We had two rounds of drinks at two different pubs~ some great chats.  Oh, but she didn't want to go home that early...

Ceci was crying for being too tired for the other day...

ELEMENTS OPENS TOMORROW

After 8 long years, Elements opens tomorrow. There will be a lot of shops coming. So far, there are Body Shop, Shu Uemura, Loccitane, Biotherm, Mannings, etc. I could only get a glimpse of the 2/F, body care unit. Tomorrow, we'll go down to have a look and get some special offers.

We could finally enjoy the Shuttle bus service~
